Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Sales Operations Management.
• Responsible for meeting sales budget through retail and workshop counterparts sales.
• Responsible for key customers (Dealers, Fleet customer and Insurance) and parts business development with the support of Head of Parts Sales & Operations, Aftersales Managers & ARD managers.
• Lead & coordinate Regional Parts Sales Representative to effectively engage key customers & grow market share through regular visits & communication.
• Supervise sales team by supporting & motivating them to achieve individual and departmental targets.
• Monitor sales performance against set targets & communicate on regular basis for appropriate response and/or decision making.
• Handle key account prospects and proactively manage the debts of the department.
• Responsible for parts customer complaints.
Business development.
• Support the Head of Parts Sales & Operations to develop & administer aggressive wholesale parts programs that drive revenue growth.
• Maintain regular contact with major customers to build loyalty and ensure long-term revenue.
• Work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall services level.
• Detail sales action plans to achieve set targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Coordinate the parts sales budget preparation in collaboration with stakeholders and set parts marketing calendar.
• Establish and enforce a pricing policy that balances volume, customer loyalty, and cost of doing business.
Reporting.
• Prepare sales progress reports on a weekly/monthly/annual basis recommending action plans for the shortfalls.
• Manage Customer Relationship Management database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available.
Market Intelligence.
• Market reports on business opportunities, challenges & competitors’ activities on regular basis.
• Research prices and products of competitors and collect actionable market intelligence.
• Attend trade shows to exhibit products or conferences to keep abreast of the latest products and trends.
Product Knowledge and training.
• Conduct sales training to the sales team and where possible invite various experts to coach the team.
General Responsibilities

Academic Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Mechanical or any related field.
Experience
8 years demonstrated experience in the parts business, with over 3 years in parts field sales.

In-depth Knowledge of motor vehicle parts.
Good analytical and selling skills.
Excellent organization and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
