Job Description
Our client is a distribution and logistics company with core business being distribution of FMCG Products are currently looking to hire sales representatives.
Responsibilities
1. Maintain the relationship with clients and measure the clients satisfaction with clients feedback about the quality of our products
2. Market the company’s products
3. Support the execution of the sales strategy
4. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
5. Meet and exceed exciting and aggressive work targets.
6. Have the duty and responsibility of ensuring that all company revenues/debts are followed to specific clients/individuals and are collected within a specified time
7. Carry out market research/competitor analysis on a periodical basis making appropriate recommendations
8. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
9. Preparing and submitting sales reports
10. Keep abreast of the ever changing market, rules and regulations governing the industry.
11. Responsible for leading marketing campaigns that will drive sales.
Requirements
• Certificate in Sales and marketing or related field.
• Candidates should have a minimum experience of 2 years in Sales
• MUST have a proven sales record and has to be energetic in field sales.
• Candidates should have prior experience in a similar field.
• Passionate & aggressive.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and outlook.
• MUST HAVE A VALID DL for either a FSR TRUCK or MOTORBIKE.
