JOBSEYE.CO.KE is never involved in any communication taking place between Users and resultantly bears no responsibility for any information provided on the Platform, including without limitation, the quality, safety and legality of the jobs/resumes posted, the reliability or accuracy of the job listings, and the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates and/or the ability of candidates to fill job vacancies (the "User Content").

Unless we indicate otherwise, this Agreement applies to your use of the websites which are owned, operated, or powered by Tutorke Limited ("we," "us," or "our") and our affiliates, including, without limitation, this website and any other website that we may own, operate or power currently or in the future (collectively, our "Website"), and all of the Fee-Based Products that we may offer currently or in the future.

The site is a public site with free access and Tutorke Limited assumes no liability for the quality and genuineness of responses. Tutorke Limited cannot monitor the responses that a person may receive in response to information he/she has displayed on the site.
