As a supervisor, i don't expect people to see things my way always. I appreciate diversity in ideas. I understand people differ in many aspects such as culture, personalities and level of training. Have always been patient and considerate to others. Am aware that learning is a process and no one is flawless. Being a observant and a good listener have helped accommodate other peoples' opinions and differences.

While supervising a team on a certain project, i noticed that one of our team members had been working in isolation and making decisions without input of others. I had to explain to her that when a task is done by a team, it is delivered easily and cases of errors are minimal.
