Role Overview.
The M&E officer will Lead and coordinate Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) and enable the Education for Life (EFL) project measure progress and impact, and ensure visibility of its initiatives.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience.
A result- driven individual with substantial qualifications in monitoring and evaluation.
social sciences, development studies/economics, communications or education. A minimum of 4 years’ experience and progressive responsibility working in M&E, Communications and Reporting for donor funded development programmes such as DFID, USAID, EU, Ford Foundation, Open Society.

Desirable Criteria:
• Certification in Special Needs Education or inclusive Education
• Knowledge of Kenyan Sign Language
• Previous experience in implementing Disability project
• Being up-to-date on Communications; current debates around development effectiveness; research and evaluation methodologies
