Oasis Healthcare Group Limited is Kenya’s first and largest countrywide fully-integrated private
healthcare system, registered in October 2015 and born out of the Oasis Group Practice model of
health services provision to harmonize the various companies & facilities existing across the
country under the Oasis umbrella. We currently have facilities in the following counties: Kisii,
Nyamira, Migori, Homa Bay, Siaya, Uasin-Gishu, Kitui, Nairobi, Kakamega, Bungoma and
Busia
We are currently looking for a qualified and dedicated candidate to fill the following position;
JOB TITLE: DEPUTY ADMINISTRATOR
LOCATION: SIAYA/HOMABAY/WEBUYE
Overall Responsibility
The successful candidate will assist the Hospital administrator in running the daily operations of
the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the HR function of the Hospital; contracting, performance, discipline, culture,
welfare, and separations;
2. Take lead in spearheading the implementation of the strategic plan.
3. Manage risks by taking charge of the risk register ensuring that all the risks are mitigated
as required.
4. Ensure the meeting schedule is in place and adhered to.
5. Champion both internal and external training.
6. Will be the custodian of the asset register ensuring monthly updates.
7. Coordinate the customer satisfaction initiatives in the facility.
8. Coordinate functions of all the Outpatient floors.
9. Supervise the front office and housekeeping personnel.
10. Prepare and manage budgets for the front office and housekeeping departments.
11. Attend to all clients’ concerns promptly as they arise.
12. Ensure compliance with the hospital standards.
13. Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements & Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree in any Business related course.
2. Previous experience in a hospital setup will be desirable.
3. Must possess high integrity standards.
4. Should possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
