Senior Supervisors – Three (3) Positions
For appointment as a Senior Supervisor, a candidate must:
a) Minimum academic qualification of a Degree from a recognized University preferably in
Agricultural Sciences, Statistics, Social Sciences, Community Development and any other
related disciplines
b) Must be computer literate and able to use a tablet
c) Must be able to communicate in Kiswahili, and English.
d) The supervisors will also be identified from county government staff. Consideration will be
given to the civil servants in the county.
e) Senior County officers and subject matter specialists at Sub-county or County level;
f) Experience on personnel management, supervision, extension and data collection advantage
g) Participation in similar exercises will be an added advantage
Note: (i) Assistant Ward-based Supervisors: Supervise Agri-preneurs during
baseline/routine data collection); (ii) Ward-based Supervisors: Supervise and backstop
Assistant Ward-based supervisors during baseline/routine data collection (iii) Senior
Supervisors: Supervise and backstop Ward-based supervisors during the baseline/routine data
collection.
