PRINCIPAL ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER JOB GROUP ‘N’ (1 POST)- THREE
(3) YEARS RENEWABLE CONTRACT
The officer will be reporting to the County Secretary and will be based at the Headquatres
Duties and responsibilities
• Receive and document all complaints arising from service and follow up with
relevant departments for action and feed back
• Head of County registry, receive and direct correspondences to relevant
departments for action and follow up
• Document and follow up directives issued to departments by the Executive
• Supervise all records management and archiving
• Any other duties allocated and assigned
Requirements for appointment
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from a recognized institution
• Have at least five (5) years working experience
