Regional Offline Sales Project Manager:
Regional Offline Sales Project Manager plays a key role in delivering exponential growth of the channels across countries through end to end project management.
This will include, aligning with cross-functional stakeholders on the project strategy, building playbooks (routine, processes, action oriented report,etc) and PMO to follow execution.
Finally, he/she is in charge of supporting the execution in countries through the local teams across 10 countries.
Your position as JForce Regional Performance Manager entails:
• End to end project management from cracking the model to scaling it across 10 countries
• Building playbook and SOPs on priority projects
• Align cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Country CEOs. central head of departments)
• Weekly PMO follow up with country Head of Offline Sales
• Weekly deep dive in countries project performance to understand
• Recommend actions to deliver incremental growth and deliver on budget
• Support execution of actions recommended, presenting it to the team and follow up execution
• Weekly reports

Expected background and technical skills:
• An ideal candidate would possess 2+ years experience in management consulting or company creation.
• Proven track record of impact and project management end to end
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
