Main Purpose of the Job - (Job Summary)
Overall responsibility for the marketing function of general business for the company including
formulating and implementation of strategies for business growth.

Main Responsibilities
1. Formulating and leading in the implementation of the marketing strategy, policies processes and
procedures to support the achievement of the overall business objectives.
2. Supervising and Overseeing of branch marketing activities.
3. Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements.
4. Determining annual / periodical gross written premium plans by forecasting and developing
annual sales quarters for branches.
5. Coordinating marketing activities
6. Coordinating marketing campaigns and programs to reach target audience
7. Developing a Marketing Plan and supervise its implementation
8. Coordinate public relations managing marketing budget and options for advertisement.
9. Promote the company its image and the brand to the public
10. Developing , Overseeing and implementation of Reward programs
11. Developing products and services.
12. Commissioning market research
13. Preparing , monitoring and reporting on the marketing budgetary allocations
14. Talent Management including coaching, mentoring, developing, motivating, training and
evaluating staff in the Marketing Department to achieve the highest levels of performance.
15. Leading and Managing the Marketing Department related company communication.
16. Identifying, Implementing and benchmarking best practices in management.
17. Ensuring customer service to both internal and external clients by providing required services
and information.
18. Managing and implementing changing initiatives to achieve desired business plans and culture.

1. Implementation of the company marketing strategy
2. Determining, setting and Monitoring Branch targets on production.
3. Supervising the Branches.
