The role will lead and recommend ways to improve the execution of operations plans, and development of processes, including target identification, mining of leads and conversion, strategic rationale, validation of due diligence, client management, contract management, and integration.

One capable of assessing business risks by analyzing financial, statistical, and economic data and notifying partners of key business developments.
Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or marketing in the financial sector
MBA in Strategic Management; Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field;
Exceptional leadership and management skills.
Strong business acumen.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills, written and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented and persuasive.
