Job Description
Royal Media Services Limited wishes to recruit a suitably qualified staff for the above position. The job holder will be responsible for the overall role of developing and executing appropriate client relationship modules in order to facilitate effective business output according to the overall sales plan. The job holder will be required to implement a robust customer service policy to drive overall organization wellness in the face of the clients and offer effective leadership and support to the team. They will need to have a clear understanding of the existing as well as potential environmental industry dynamics and be ready to adapt with the ever-changing demands and challenges.
He/she will be charged with the responsibility of project planning, coordinating, motivating, and leading a team of Business Executives to achieve agreed team’s sales volumes and set annual targets.
Key result areas will include:
• Planning, coordinating, and leading a team of Business Executives to deliver agreed sales revenue targets.
• Initiate new sales strategies and creative communication campaigns that will provide value to advertisers.
• Track sales performance of each Business executive weekly and report results to the supervisor/Senior business manager.
• Conduct periodic performance appraisals for each Business executive.
• Keep abreast with emerging trends and report back on competitor activities.
• Work closely with the creative teams to deliver innovative advertising concepts for direct clients.
• Grow market share through client service and building mutually beneficial business relationships.
• Ensure the team members are motivated and well equipped, to overcome market challenges.
• Ensure the team adheres to the laid down credit policy.
• Conversant with digital media sales.
Academic and professional Experience
• University graduate in Commerce, Business related or a similar discipline.
• Post graduate qualification in selling will be an added advantage.
• Minimum five years’ experience in cross platform sales.

• Ability to Forecast, Identify, track, make analysis and report sales data and processes.
