Job Summary
With a global remit, working as part of the global HR Directorate, the incumbent will be responsible
for implementing some of the key actions around training and communication in Concern’s
Workplace Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. Sensitive to the cultural diversity of Concern’s
contexts, the job holder will work with stakeholders across the organisation in progressing Concern’s
ambition for workplace equality, diversity and inclusion.
Job Specification
- Advanced degree and 7+ years’ experience working on the promotion of equality.
- Excellent analysis of power, and understanding of the issues which people from the range of
groups which experience inequality and marginalisation face.
- Extensive experience of group facilitation and developing and delivering training.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and social media skills.
- Ability to research and design awareness raising materials.
- Ability to work with a range of stakeholders collaboratively, in a conscientious and inclusive
way.
- Experience working with Concern or another non-governmental organisation.
