Role Overview
As Digital Catalyst at Nation Media Group, you will work as part of the account management cluster team, focussing on designing, executing, and optimising digital campaigns across our digital assets for assigned customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with customers to develop digital strategies and ensure the successful implementation of digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Design: Collaborate with customers to design customized digital campaigns that leverage our digital assets, including the website, apps, social media, and OTT video advertising.
2. Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and meet customer objectives.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with NMG's digital products, platforms, and services, and provide expert guidance to customers on how to leverage these resources effectively within their campaigns.
4. Monetization: Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand digital solutions within the customer base.
5. Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to ensure they fully understand and utilize our digital products to their maximum potential. 6. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using different reporting tools, providing insights and recommendations to improve results. 7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to help NMG maintain a competitive edge in the digital advertising space.
8. Reporting: Develop reporting dashboards for use in regular monitoring and updates on customer engagement, digital product adoption, campaign performance, and revenue growth for the sales team and management.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing, advertising sales, or a similar role. Experience in designing and executing digital campaigns is mandatory.
3. Strong understanding of digital advertising, including display, video, social media, and programmatic advertising.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize digital campaigns.
6. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for staying updated on digital trends and technologies.
7. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a dynamic industry landscape.
