We are now seeking exceptional teachers who are truly enthusiastic about these subjects. You should have excellent subject knowledge. What we really want is someone who can excite and inspire our pupils. You must be able to support each individual's growth and development, encouraging and inspiring them to achieve and be the best they can be. You do not need to have had experience in the independent sector. You must be passionate about your subject and be a first-class teacher with good experience, fresh ideas, plenty of enthusiasm, and a drive for quality. You must be capable of teaching the subject up to A Level standard and keen to work in a busy, collegiate, boarding environment. Experience in the independent sector will be an added advantage.
