Job Description
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
(Minimum qualifications needed for this position) Advanced degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 5+ years budgeting, reporting actual spending each month and leading a team to achieve goals within budget.
• 3 plus years' experience managing staff.
• Five plus years leading monitoring and evaluation teams with evidence to show results.
• Ability to develop and manage excel spreadsheets with strong ability to learn new skills in excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional systems awareness and problem-solving skills. Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
