Vacancy - Supervision Officer (Inspection & Enforcement) (SO(IE)/04/02/2024)
Job Purpose
Responsible for review of scheme operations, inspection, and enforcement of compliance.
Job Requirements
i. Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: finance, law, economics, commerce, business administration, social security or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
ii. Proficiency in computer applications; and,
iii. Fulfill the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution
Job Specifications
i. Participate in scheme inspections and preparation of reports.
ii. Participate in the review of scheme operations and make recommendations.
iii. Enforcing compliance.
iv. Collecting and collating scheme enquiries and making recommendations for Management action; and
v. Participate in annual general meetings and other forums relating to the retirement benefits industry and preparing reports and action points for Management consideration.

iii. Interpersonal skills; and
iv. Team player
