Job Description:
To ensure that the food prepared in the kitchen are hygienic and as per instructions given and expected standard.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare food and beverages as directed by departmental in charge and or Nutritionist
-Ensure cleanliness in food processing areas after meal service according to required sanitation guidelines and cleaning schedule
-Responsible for patient’s meal deliveries depending on the health requirements and rations as per the menu
-Prepare any special orders required by patients through nutritionist
-Ensuring proper receiving, storage, preparation and service of the food are followed for high health standards.
-Ensure food required is the one prepared.
-Any other responsibilities assigned by the in charge
Requirements:
-Diploma/Certificate in Food and Beverage Production
-Good logistics skills
-Effective communication skills
-At least two (2) years’ work experience in a similar position
