Terms of Service.
Two (2) years Contract renewable on satisfactory duty performance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities.
- Ensure timely collection of all revenue generated and billed as per policies and procedure
- Maintain accurate record on customers
- Process new accounts and old ones where the customers need to close their accounts
- Ensure timely response to customers enquiries and complaints
- Ensure effective communication between customer corporate in order to establish conducive working environment
- Ensure provision of quality services to customers as per established standards
- Maintain accurate records customer complaints in order to identify areas of problems and take appropriate measures
- Train personnel on good customer relations
- Educate public on the services being provided by the company
- Prepare regular reports and distributing to users
- Making recommendation to the Head of Department on issues related to the improvement of customer service, service delivery and improved customer satisfaction
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications.
- KSCE C
- Diploma in Public Relation/Communication/Customer Care
- Diploma in Water Management is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to build personal relationships, which are beneficial to the company
- Must have developed good intercultural orientation and strong public relations skills
- Should possess strong communication, negotiation and administration skills
- Three (3) years relevant working experience
