Job Description

One Way Cleaning Services Ltd, a reputable and professional player in the cleaning services industry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pest Control Manager who has hands-on experience with solving complex pest/rodent-related issues through a comprehensive pest management solution.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the general administration of the pest control and fumigation department.
2. Ensuring quality service provision to all our clients by using the best pesticides in the market in terms of effectiveness and cost.
3. Ensuring health and safety precautions in the course of undertaking fumigation operations.
4. Responsible for overseeing the training of employees on the current and best practices
5. Ensuring that all employees are complying with safety measures, such as wearing protective gear when appropriate
6. Maintaining a database of all pest control work orders and projects for future reference
7. Conducting research regarding new technologies in pest control methods
8. Providing training to employees on proper procedures for using tools and equipment used during extermination jobs

Qualifications
1. Degree in Chemistry from a recognized educational institution
2. At least 2 years of experience in fumigation and pest control
3. In-depth knowledge of the cleaning industry practices, and legal and regulatory framework governing the industry.
4. Previous experience in the hospitality sector will be an added advantage
5. High integrity
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Excellent leadership and people management skills
