Job Description
Departmental and companywide
-To identify all departmental and companywide processes, procedures and policies;
-To identify process, procedure and policy gaps and report to top management for development prioritization of the same;
-To document all departmental and companywide processes, procedures and policies and update them continuously;
-To conduct audits (announced and unannounced) per department and companywide on strict compliance with the existing processes, procedures and policies;
-To compose handbooks containing all responsibilities, obligations, activities and authorizations of all managers and directors and keep them updated continuously;
-To establish and collect all process metrics of the organization, analyse and report on performance.
-Compose and continuously update the ISO9001:2015 Quality Manual;
Observes changes in ISO9001:2015 regulations and implements them;
-Process establishment and suggestions for improvement;
-Implementation and maintenance of key standards and guidelines;
-Nonconformity and corrective action;
-Internal audit and report on the outcome to the Managing Director;
-Promoting awareness of regulations and expectations across the organization through strong communication, messaging and trainings;
-Lead the ISO re-certification process by coordinating with the certification entity.
-Responsible for companywide QMS tools such as Risk Analysis, SWOT, Change Management;
-Responsible for scheduling both internal and external audits to ensure that the company is ISO9001
Minimum Requirements
-Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or related technical field
-Proven track record of plus 5 years as Quality Assurance Coordinator and Certified Trained Auditor for ISO9001
-Fluency in English language will be required, as well as an awareness of different cultures and a diplomatic approach to any associated conflicts
