Three year renewable contract based on performance.
Duties and responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities of Lectures will entail:
1.Preparing Schemes of work, lesson notes and lesson plans:
2. Lecturing and demonstrating concepts to trainees:
3. Setting and marking theoretical and practical assignments and examinations;
4. Supervising demonstrations and practical exercise in area of specialization;
5. Conducting extra-curricular activities;
6. Guiding and counselling trainees:
7. Maintaining trainees progress records:
8. Supervising trainees on attachment.
Person Specification
For appointment to this post, the candidate must:
1. Be in possession of a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering; from a recognized university/Institution;
2. Post-Graduate Diploma in Education or Certificate in Training of Trainers Cause lasting not less than two (2) weeks from a recognized institution.
3. Certificate In Computer applications tram a recognized institution:
4. Registration by Engineers Registration Board of Kenya as a Graduate Engineer: and
5.. Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution.
