Terms of Service: 3 – Year Contract
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level entail: -
i) Initiating and implementing administrative policies, strategies, procedures and programme;
ii) Managing and supervising the general administrative functions;
iii) Managing and supervising the general administrative functions;
iv) Facilitating maintenance of infrastructure and facilities;
v) Overseeing transport management;
vi) Planning and coordinating office accommodation;
vii) Managing assets and insurance policies.
Requirements for Appointment
For this appointment an officer must have: -
i) Eight (8) years of working experience of which three (3) should be in a Managerial position in Public Service or Private Sector;
ii) Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines:- Public Administration; Business Administration/Management, Community Development or any other Social Science;
iii) Certificate in computer applications.
