Job: Tours and Travel Consultant,
Responsibilities
• Research and develop inbound and outbound tour packages for various destinations both local and international
• Develop and execute innovative Tour and Travel programs/plans that attract customers
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary/ tour packages.
• Negotiate competitive rates
• Offer and promote different services and offerings
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate revenue
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with the relevant stakeholders in the hospitality industry
• Tour briefing: provide details to the clients on the services booked, general information and requirements
Qualifications and Competencies
• 5 years experience in the hospitality industry with at least 3 years in Tours and Travel a MUST
• Active listening and good communication skills.
• Self driven with high level of integrity.
• Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Good business acumen
Salary is based on retainer and commissions
