LOKIRIAMA/LORENGKIPI WARD, JOB GROUP āNā ONE (1) POST
Terms of Service ā Permanent and Pensionable
v. Facilitating maintenance of infrastructure and facilities;
vi. Overseeing transport management;
vii. Planning and coordinating office accommodation;
viii. Managing assets and insurance policies.
Requirement for Appointment
For appointment in this grade, a candidate must have:-
i. Serve in the grade of Principal Administration Officer/Deputy Principal Ward
Administrator for a period of a minimum period of three (3) years or in a comparable and
relevant position in the Public Service or Private Sector;
ii. Bachelor degree in any of the following discipline; Public Administration, Business
Administration /Management, Community Development or any other related field from
recognized institution;
iii. Diploma in advanced Public Administration or equivalent from a recognized institution;
iv. Certificate in Computer application skills from a recognized institution; and
v. Demonstrate a thorough understanding for national goals, policies, objectives and the
ability to relate them to the administration function.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
i. Initiating and implementing administrative policies, strategies, procedures and programme;
ii. Managing and supervising the general administrative functions;
iii. Implementing public service reforms;
