ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER, JOB GROUP KMR 6 (2 POSITIONS)
This is the entry and training grade for this cadre for graduate Administrative
Officers. An officer at this level will work under the guidance and supervision of
a Senior Administrative Officer.
a) Job Specifications
The duties and responsibilities of the officer will entail: -
i. Maintaining an inventory register;
ii. Ensuring assets are insured;
iii. Managing office transport system;
iv. Ensuring maintenance office equipment, facilities and assets; and
v. Generating reports on operations, maintenance and utilization.
b) Person Specifications
For appointment to this grade a candidate must have:
i. Bachelor’s degree in public administration, Political Science, Sociology,
Business Administration or its equivalent qualification from a recognized
institution;
ii. Have proficiency in computer applications;
