Requirement for Appointment
For Appointment to this Grade, the Applicant must have;
- Kenya Citizen,
- A relevant Bachelors Degree recognized in Kenya,
- A Masters Degree will be an added advantage,
- Be a Strategic Thinker and Result Oriented,
- Be a Member of the Professional Body in the Discipline,
- Proven Experience of at least ten (10) years of service from a reputable organization,
- Computer Literacy,
- Meets the Requirement of Chapter Six of the Constitution
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee smooth running of the Public Work, Housing and Energy Division,
Implementation of County Executive Committee Resolutions as guided by the Executive
Committee Member,
Formulate and Implement effective Divisional Plans in Line with Vision 2030, CIDP III and other
Sectoral Goals,
Proper Management and Supervision of Human Resources in the Division,
Planning and Coordination of the Divisional Activities,
Develop, Update and Implement all Divisional Policies and Procedures,
Create Linkages and Collaboration with other Stakeholders in the Field,
Ensure Compliance with the National Values and Principles of Good Governance as outlined in
Articles 10 and 232 of the Constitution.
