Credit Management Section: Loans Management
Reports to: Senior Loans Management Officer
Purpose Of The Job
The job entails appraising of loan requests and ensuring members on the loan processing issues and also entails appropriate customer feedback on time. It involves advising loan administration related activities.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Appraising loan applications.
- Communicating to members through emails and telephone on the status of their loan applications.
- Handling member queries on loan procedures for ongoing loan requests • Preparing periodic reports on rejected loans.
- Handling payroll remittances from employer agencies. - Facilitating guarantor substitution requests.
- Preparing insider lending reports for filing regulator returns.
- Managing valuation reports & insurance premiums for secured asset loans.
Other responsibilities
Performs any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Senior Loans Management Officer from time to time.
Experience
2 years' experience
Academic Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business related studies Professional
Professional Qualification
• CCP (I), Certificate in Credit Management
