Requirements
-Job Purpose:
- The job holder will be responsible for the implementation of the Judiciary protocol processes, procedures, standards and guidelines.
- Reporting Responsibilities
- The job holder is responsible to the Registrar Kenya Judiciary Academy.
- Area of Deployment:
- Kenya Judiciary Academy Secretariat (KJA)
For appointment to this grade, the applicant must have: -
- i.Bachelor’s degree in any of the following social sciences disciplines: Public Relations, Communication, Diplomacy, or International Relations, any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- ii.A Professional Diploma qualification in any of the Following: Mass Communication, Communication Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, Corporate Communication or any other relevant qualifications from a recognized university-institution;
- iii.A Senior Management Course from a recognized institution;
- iv.Proficiency in computer application.
- v.Membership to a relevant professional body with good standing
- Experience:
- Minimum of Six (6) Years relevant work experience with at least three (3) years at Supervisory or Management Level

Duties and Responsibilities
-i.Implementing Judiciary protocol processes, procedures, standards and guidelines
- ii.Planning and organizing of incoming and outgoing visits;
- iii.Maintaining contacts of local and foreign stakeholders;
- iv.Coordinating protocols of all VIP ceremonies, meetings and special events;
- v.Organizing and coordinating of official events;
- vi.Coordinating processing of passports and other travel documents;
- vii.Receiving, accompanying and seeing off official delegations and guests;
- viii.Maintaining linkages with other institutions and stakeholders;
- ix.Engaging with government officials and other stakeholders on events planning; and
- x.Preparing periodic departmental reports
