Qualifications
• Commercial experience in revenue generation, preferably in the beverages sector.
• Team Management: Managerial experience in setting up a functional sales department, including recruiting of the team, training and monitoring their performance to daily reporting.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience in the Alcohol Industry.
• Profound knowledge of Wines and spirits and relevant channels.

• Proven experience executing effective promotional campaigns.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
