Job Description
He/She will be responsible for managing and administering marketing and business development plans and initiatives such as member recruitment, retention, savings mobilization and activation of dormant members.
Minimum Qualifications.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a business related held (Business. Co-operative Management and Marketing Options)
Professional Qualification
Marketing Certification or Equivalent is an added advantage.
Experience:
• 3 years' experience in Business Development environment. specifically in a Regulated SACCO.
• In-depth Knowledge of SASRA Regulations.
