QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic Salary Scale: Ksh. 39,700.00 - 52,960.00 (CPSB 09)
House Allowance: Ksh. 12,800 p.m
Commuter Allowance: KSh. 5,000 p.m.
Other Allowances as Per the SRC Circulars
Terms of Service: Three (3) Years Contract (Renewable)
Requirements for Appointment: -
i. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any Social Science Degree with Human Resource Option;
ii. Possess a current valid practicing certificate;
iii. Membership to a relevant professional body; and
iv. Excellent planning and organization skills.
Duties and Responsibilities: -
i. Process monthly payroll as per the set timelines;
ii. Prepare personnel emolument budget;
iii. Conduct appropriate audits to ensure integrity of the payroll;
iv. Prepare and maintain relevant accurate human resource records;
v. Coordinate with relevant government departments whose functions have been devolved to ensure staff are remunerated fairly;
vi. Process monthly payroll reports; and
vii. Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
