Job Description
The duties and responsibilities of the officer will entail:-
1. Developing and overseeing implementation communication and branding
2. strategy and policy;
3. Managing corporate events;
4. Developing information, education and communication materials;
5. Promoting a positive corporate image of the Centre;
6. Managing public relations;
7. Providing media liaison services; and
8. Developing and overseeing implementation corporate social responsibility programs.
Job Specification
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must:
1. Have a Bachelors Degree in Communications or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
2. Have Professional qualification and membership where applicable;
3. Demonstrated results in work performance; and
4. Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.

2. Interpersonal skills;
3. Report writing skills; and
4. Integrity.

3. Original Academic certificates and other testimonials;
4. Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA) recognition/equation certificate for degrees, diplomas and certificates awarded by foreign universities and institutions.
Successful candidates will be required to provide the following documents:
1. Certificate of good conduct;
2. EACC clearance;
3. HELB clearance;
4. KRA compliance certificate; and
5. Clearance from a reputable credit referencing bureau.
