PRINCIPAL OFFICER, RESOURCE MOBILIZATION - JOB GRADE LVSWWDA 4 – REF:
LVSWWDA/PRMO/2024/02 - (1 POST)
a) Job Specification
The duties and responsibilities at this level will involve:
i. Participate in development of policies, regulations and operational
guidelines and strategies on resource mobilization;
ii. Coordinate fundraising activities such as donor briefings;
iii. Conduct evaluation of proposals from organizations and recommend to
donors for funding;
iv. Participate in the development and review of policies, guidelines,
regulations and strategy for engagement and maintenance of partnerships
and funding procedures;
v. Coordinate development of the Council’s mobilization strategy;
b) Person Specification
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have/be;
i. Bachelor’s degree in any of the fields; business Administration Economics, Finance,
Marketing and Social Sciences;
ii. Professional Development in a relevant field;
iii. A minimum period of eight (8) years relevant work experience, three (3) of which
should be in supervisory position;
iv. Membership where applicable;
v. Demonstrated results in work performance.
