Muki Farmers Co-operative Society Ltd. found in Nyandarua County wishes to recruit a Production Manager with the following:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology
• At least 5 years experience In Animal Feed processing industry/Dairy Sector.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee key projects that can Include; processing Improvement, product development, statistical process control, cost management etc.
• Provide guidance to all staff in Production Department.
• Carefully monitor in association with the Sales Manager, the market demands, preferences and production volumes of the society products; draw up efficient production schedules according to sales forecasts that are met as required.
• Control production to ensure the society products meet the highest set quality specifications.
• Provide regular production Information and performance reports.
• Play an active role in senior management decision making processes.
