DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinating Human Resource Management activities in such areas as appointment, promotions, compliment control, staff development within the framework of the existing Human Resource Policies and regulations;
o Maintaining of personnel bio-data and ensuring integrity and safety of information;
o Updating staff compliment and establishment;
o Processing employee employment details;
o Participating in preparing County payroll;
o Preparing retirement notification letters;
o Preparing agenda for various County committees;
o Advising employees on Human Resource Policies and regulations;
o Training and mentoring Human Resource staff;
o Summarizing application details during the recruitment process; and
o Drafting routine correspondence.

o Diploma in Human Resource Management(HRM) or CHRP Part III.
o Registered with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
o Proficiency in computer applications.
o Complied with the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPOINTMENT
Applicants are required to get clearance from the following institutions to meet requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya:
• Kenya Revenue Authority
• Higher Education Loans Board
• Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission
• Criminal Investigation Department
• Credit Reference Bureau
