Sales Executive – UVA Wines
Purpose:
UVA Wines is an affiliate company of Simba Corporation Ltd., importing wine from different parts of Portugal & Italy and promoting its distribution and sales around Kenya with a key focus on Nairobi, Mombasa, and Kisumu markets.
We are looking for a self-driven Sales Executive to take part in the exciting journey of growth for this brand. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will be responsible for the achievement of the prescribed sales targets through driven prospecting and excellence in customer service.
Key responsibilities
• Developing and establishing strong relationships with the customers.
• Actively prospecting for leads and generating sales to achieve targets.
• Delivering stocks to various customers per their orders.
• Identifying new clients and building strong relationships and networks in the hospitality industry.
• Taking part in promotional activities and events to build the brand and enhance customer loyalty.
• Engage with potential customers and secure orders.
• Compiling reports of prospective clients as described, to monitor and provide leads for additional business.
• Maintain customer database for feedback and proper handling of customers.
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum of a Diploma in Sales and Marketing or other relevant courses.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of wine is critical.
• Must have a valid driving license and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
