Job Description
Reporting to the Manager – Housing and Hospitality, the incumbent will be involved in the day-to-day management of the student Hostels, staff housing the University Restaurant, University cafeteria, PAC University Guesthouses and Airbnb facilities and market them to increase the revenue stream.
Minimum Requirement
- A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University in hospitality management in or a related field
- Have at least 3 years’ experience working in a similar context
- Demonstrate knowledge of principles and processes which guarantee customer satisfaction;
- Be a detail-oriented person; a good team player and possess good customer care skills;
- Have effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be a person of high integrity and unquestionable character
