Job Summary
Ronalds LLP is looking to hire a Management Consulting Team Leader who will act as an expert and head of the Management Consulting department.

Qualifications and Skills
1. Holder of a master’s and Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A master’s degree in strategic management or project management is an added advantage.
2. Must be a member of a professional body in good standing
3. Must possess a professional qualification CHRP/CPA/ACCA/ CISA/ CFA or any other.
4. Must have a minimum of 5 years work experience with at least two years’ in a supervisory role in the professional services industry preferably within the East Africa region.
5. Excellent leadership management skills.
6. Excellent marketing and networking skills.
7. Highly developed communication, presentation and report writing skills.
8. Great problem solving and decision making skills.
9. Great analytical skills, creative and innovative.

Job Responsibilities
1. Provide consultancy to the firm’s clients in the area of strategic management.
2. Lead the Management Consulting team in providing strategic Management solutions to the firm’s clients.
3. Take charge of all the project management assignments as assigned.
4. Provide consultancy to firm’s clients in the areas of restructuring, innovation and change management.
5. Ensure that every assignment has a work plan, set high professional standards of execution and ensure that these standards are adhered to by all team members for quality control.
6. Conduct trainings on various management areas affecting clients.
7. Integrate best practices and systems into the clients’ accounting and advisory programs.
8. Identify leadership development areas for clients and develop strategies to help them develop leadership abilities to achieve their business objectives.
9. Understand the impact of key technological trends and workforce changes impacting clients through engagement with innovative and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, process automation and other digital strategies and advise clients accordingly.
10. Be in charge of quality review for all the assignments in your department to ensure that the assigned projects meet the quality standard as prescribed in the firm’s quality manual.
11. Participate in business development through proposal writing, expression of interests, cross selling and upselling.
12. Be in charge of client relationship management to the existing clients and ensure that those in your portfolio receive satisfactory services at all levels.
13. Provide leadership role to the execution team in the entry, execution and completion of assignments to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded at all times.
