Job Description
The General Manager, Aftersales Marketing will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing effective Aftersales marketing strategies to drive demand generation and brand positioning. Reporting to the Aftersales and Channel Development Director, you will be responsible for the following functions:
• Developing and implementing an integrated Aftersales marketing strategy.
• Driving Aftersales business plans development in line with the company strategic goals and objectives.
• Market segmentation and developing different retention strategies for various customer groups.
• Creating brand positioning strategies for different solutions and products.
• Planning, implementing and managing demand generation and marketing campaigns including flawless product and channel launches.
• Designing pricing and revenue growth plans in liaison with Sales and Finance teams.
• Identifying and developing new business streams and creating realistic plans to actualize them.
• Developing future product initiatives and corresponding marketing strategies.
• Monitoring and developing plans in response to market trends.
• Enhancing customer retention by responding to consumer behaviors and needs.
• Optimizing spend and performance in the implementation of marketing plans.
• Leading and developing the Aftersales marketing team.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• KCSE Mean Grade B+.
• A master's degree will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in e-marketing and content management systems.
• Ten years' relevant experience with the last three years as Head of Marketing in a fast paced commercial environment.
• Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
• Excellent relationship management skills.
