Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Ethics & Integrity he/she will be responsible for
planning, organizing and managing investigations of alleged misconduct or alleged
violations of the Fund’s internal policies and ensuring best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Carry out end-to-end investigations by ensuring that all prescribed
investigative/operating methodologies for the various types of investigations are
adhered to and by conducting proper planning on high-level investigations;
• Obtain all relevant evidence related to an investigation. Scrutinize/analyze this
evidence and make meaningful observations / conclusions regarding the findings and
make appropriate recommendations;
• Ensure that witnesses/suspects and victims are interviewed and where necessary
obtain written statements;
• Compile investigation reports as per the prescribed operating methodology, containing
the findings of investigations;
• Ensure that each investigation has an accurate, value-adding conclusion for the type
of investigation conducted; and
• Make meaningful recommendations as per the type of investigation. This will include,
but not limited to, system/people/process failures or internal and external threats.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Business Management or a related field from a
recognized institution;
• Professional qualification in any of the following disciplines: Law, Finance, Business
Management or a related field from a recognized institution;
• At least five (5) years’ work experience
