Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of Credit Control, this position is responsible for reconciliation and collection of the NHIF account through ensuring daily tracking of claims, proper implementation of NHIF contract through training, timely verification and submission of claims and timely collection, reconciliation and allocations.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor's degree in a business-related course with professional qualification in finance or credit management with professional qualification in accounting. This position requires active knowledge and experience in individual debt management. The successful candidate must have experience in a busy hospital environment with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position leading a team.
