Job Summary
The overall purpose of this job is to contribute to the management and strategic functions of Public Sector Consulting including execution of projects, Business Development, Delivery Team Management, Client and Sub-contractors Management in line with set guidelines and quality management.
Main Responsibilities of Job
• Oversee Proposal Development and Expression of interest through careful analysis of the client's terms of reference (TORs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Development of Concept Papers for pitching professional work. Actively participate in pitching and preparing final proposals for Directors review.
• Undertake project planning and development of work plans for assignments.
Spotting fall-on work and cross-selling of other service lines. Take part in business development and maintain client relationships.
Prepare the project economics schedule and ensure updates are continuously done.
Ensure timely billings and collection are done as per the required timelines in liaison with finance department.
Manage Sub-contractors through proper documentations Grow and mentor the Senior Associates and Associates and give clear feedback to aid personal and professional growth.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
BA/BS/BSC (or equivalent) in a relevant field;
7 years + post-qualification experience in a reputable consulting firm with 2 years + in a managerial position.
Master's degree / professional qualifications is an added advantage.
Demonstrated leadership in managing people and projects. Proven track record within public sector consulting and advisory.
