Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail assisting in: -
• Advising on legal policy issues, drafting bills and other legal
documents;
• Preparing preliminary legal documents;
• Reviewing legal documents/instruments;
• Preparing legal opinions and undertaking law reviews;
• Ensuring compliance with national, regional and
international legal documents/instruments;
• Ensuring compliance with principles and values of good
governance, human rights, transparency, accountability,
ethics and integrity;
• Preparing conveyance documents.
Skills, Experience and Minimum Qualifications
• Demonstrate administrative and professional competence in
work performance at that level.
• Bachelor of law from a recognized University
• Post graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law;
• Have at least 4 (Four) years’ post admission experience.
• Knowledge in records management
• Good administrative and coordination skills
• Due diligence and attention to details
• Computer Literacy
