Type of engagement: 3 months contract (renewable on performance)
Job Description:
a) Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying member’s needs/ requirements, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, and establishing targeted market share.
b) Improves Sacco product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities, improving product packaging, and coordinating new product development.
c) Promote a positive image of the Organization.
d) To manage and maintain positive relationships with members and Sacco partners.
e) To support the overall marketing objectives of the Sacco both internally and externally.
f) Ensure that members’ queries are acted upon and feedback given promptly.
g) Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.
h) Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions and activities.
i) Marketing Society’s product and services.
j) Maintaining and tracking relationships with existing customers.
k) Attend to customer queries and complaints.
l) Capture information on shares variation when in the field.
m) Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
A diploma in marketing or its equivalent from a recognised institution.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
