Jubilee Asset Management Limited (JAML) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jubilee Holdings Limited, that focuses on
providing fund management and investment advisory products and services to institutional and retail clients. It is
licensed and regulated by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA).
We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Business Analyst within Jubilee Asset Management Limited.
The position holder will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will be based at our Head Office in Nairobi.
Role Purpose
As a Business Analyst attached to the CEO, your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic support and analytical
insights to drive informed decision-making at the executive level. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and other key
stakeholders to identify business opportunities, assess risks, and optimize operational processes. This role requires a
strong understanding of business dynamics, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into
actionable recommendations.

Main Responsibilities
1. Strategic Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments to identify potential business opportunities and risks. Provide strategic insights and
recommendations to the CEO for informed decision-making.
2. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, key performance indicators, and other financial data to evaluate
the company's financial health, identify areas for improvement, and support investment decision-making. Develop
financial models and forecasts to assess the impact of different scenarios on the company's performance.
3. Performance Measurement: Collaborate with functional teams to establish performance metrics, track progress
towards strategic goals, and evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives. Identify areas for optimization and
propose performance enhancement initiatives.
4. Operational Efficiency: Identify areas of operational inefficiency within the organization and work with cross-
functional teams to develop and implement process improvements. Conduct process mapping and analysis to
optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
5. Business Development Support: Support the CEO in evaluating potential business opportunities, partnerships,
mergers, and acquisitions. Conduct due diligence, market research, and financial analysis to assess the viability
and potential risks associated with new ventures.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate meaningful
insights. Prepare comprehensive reports, executive summaries, and presentations for the CEO and other senior
stakeholders. Communicate findings in a clear and concise manner to facilitate decision-making.
7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to gather data, insights,
and feedback. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of
objectives.
8. Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Conduct research
to identify innovative approaches and opportunities for the company's growth and competitive advantage.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Relevant Experience
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for data analysis, reporting, and
presentation purposes.
