Duties and Responsibilities
• Recruiting, selecting, training, motivating and developing independent agents, Direct Sales Force and PSV saccos.
• Ensuring the achievement of manpower and sales budgets
• Sourcing quality and sustainable business for the company
• Growing the business with a proper business mix of 60:40 motor to non-motor 60:40
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements and standards
The Ideal Candidate:
• At least a diploma certificate
• COP qualified/exempted
• 3 years’ experience in general insurance sales
• 1 year’s experience in managing sales teams
