Job Description
CHIEF ADMINISTRATION OFFICER, JOB GROUP 'M' - TWO (2) POSITIONS, ADVERT NO: CPSB/109/2023
Duties and responsibilities.
i. Organizing and coordinating official events.
ii. Ensuring compliance with legal statutory regulatory requirements.
iii. Overseeing and updating County developments.
iv. Preparing guests lists and seating arrangements.
v. Coordinating arrangements for press coverage of official functions.
vi. Facilitating linkages with other institutions and organizations ensuring efficient and effective communication with stakeholders and visitors to the office of the County Secretary.
vii. Ensuring proper etiquette for official engagements.
viii. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements for appointment.
For appointment. one must possess the following: -
i. Be a Kenyan Citizen
ii. A holder of at least Bachelors in any of the following: Public Administration. Business administration/ Management, Community development or Public Relations. International Regulations. Diplomacy and Marketing or any other Social Science from a recognized institution.
iii. Possession of a Master's degree will be an added advantage.
iv. Demonstrated understanding and commitment to values and principles of the public service as outlined in Articles 10 and 232 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.
v. Be computer literate.
vi. Satisfy the requirements of Chapter six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.
