Job Description
This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our company's rose products meet the highest standards of quality and freshness. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control processes to guarantee that our roses exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with various departments, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure the consistent delivery of superior quality roses to the market
Key responsibilities shall be but not limited to; Quality Control Processes/Supplier Management on quality/Quality Assurance Compliance/Data Analysis and Reporting/Employee Training/Problem Resolution and Process Improvement

Listed below are the desired qualifications;
Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Quality Management, or a related field. A master's degree is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in quality management, preferably in the floral or agricultural industry.
• Strong knowledge of rose cultivation, post-harvest handling, and quality preservation techniques.
⚫ Familiarity with quality control standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
