a. Duties and Responsibilities
i. Guiding visitors to designated offices and areas;
ii. Issuing visitors passes;
iii. Manning the reception desk;
iv. Maintaining good ambience in the reception area;
v. Profiling visitors;
vi. Receiving and directing telephone calls.
vii. Responding to visitors’ queries and telephone inquiries;
viii. Receiving, screening, guiding and directing clients and visitors
ix. Recording and confirming visitors’ appointments; and
x. Maintaining daily record of visitors’ details.
b. Requirements for Appointment
i. Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Customer Service, Public Relations,
Hospitality Management, Communication Management, Event Management, Front
Office or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution; and
ii. Proficiency in computer applications.
c. Essential skills and Competencies
i. Oral and written communication skills.
ii. Interpersonal skills.
